Praxis is the process by which a theory, lesson, or skill is enacted or practiced, embodied and/or realized. “Praxis” may also refer to the act of engaging, applying, exercising, realizing, or practicing ideas ~Wikipedia
Praxis is the ultimate goal of realization with the Paradigm Formula. Once you understand why your unconscious habits control you then you can begin to write your own program over top of the old. Knowledge is not enough. Napoleon Hill says that knowledge is not power until you utilize it toward a goal and take action to obtain it. Only through action or the application of a given theory do you reach the condition of praxis. I believe this will be my sequel to the Paradigm Formula; Your 2012 Survival Guide. The exercising of practical ideas toward the completion of a dream realized into the physical manifestation where you simply have the thing you want. You have the house you have always dreamed. You are driving the vehicle that you thought would be impossible to afford. You are eating the food that enriches your body no matter how expensive it is. You are wearing comfortable clothing that makes you feel wonderful. All your needs are met leaving nothing to want because you have obtained all the necessary comforts that you require for you to really be able to get creative. Only through comfort does creativity flow unhindered. Through praxis you begin to be the person that you were created to be so that you can do all those incredible things that you were created to do.
Put the Paradigm Formula into action and start living the life you have always wanted to live. This is the integration of belief with behavior.
Praxis is process, but I think we will call it what it really is, which is progress. It is time to start walking the walk and not just talking the talk. Believe in that greater expression of life by walking in the behavior of that creative power throughout your daily experience. This reminds me of kung fu which I do train every day focusing on the styles of tai chi chuan and baguazhang. In the literal sense kung fu is hard work through daily effort. I implore you! Don’t just sit there longing for what you do not have. Go out and possess it. If it is going to take time to obtain, then burn with desire and become obsessed with the thing you want. Do something every day in the form of action in order to obtain it. Praxis is the final equation in the Formula of Success. You can accumulate all the information on the subject you want but until you start walking in the steps with deliberate intention to fulfill your dreams and expectations than that knowledge does very little good.
So do something. Take action. Believe in your ability to move forward in your life and then do it. Success or failure really boils down to choice. Bob Proctor sums it up with the words, “Life meets you on your own terms.” Andrew Carnegie, the great steel tycoon, once said to Napoleon Hill that he demanded riches come to him in certain terms.
On what terms do you demand life should meet you? Why have you settled where you are at? It is time to put praxis to practical use with the deliberate intention of manifesting the life you want instead of just dreaming about it. If you are satisfied where you are at then you already have the formula working in your life. But if you are not satisfied then do something about it. Only you can change your life by the decisions you make and your steadfast desire to not rest until you have what you want without competing for it or violating the rights of others. Success comes by nurturing your body, mind, and spirit so that every area of your life is harmonized with the balance of abundance. In doing so you bless everyone that comes in contact with you by the services that you have to offer.
Praxis is more than just the thought of the day. Allow it to become your action manifested through your behavior. Demonstrate your understanding with hard work. Let praxis become your kung fu and make success a part of your daily effort. Now do it!
